Develop and design Curriculum, Training contents, manuals and materials focusing on Play based pedagogy for the adolescents and facilitators.
Develop training module and materials for Project staffs
Conduction of need-based training and co creation workshops with the adolescents and relevant stakeholders at the Coxs Bazar camp and host community
Work with illustrator, graphic designing team and content team collaboratively.
Translate the Bengali curriculum into English.
Frequent traveling to different parts of Bangladesh for field visits.
Attend meetings and workshops within the team and others team for sharing module, material, and sessions for collecting feedback and opinion.
Prepare different types of records, reports and formats as per program requirement.
Perform other duties assigned by the Programme Team

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors and or Masters degree from any educational background
Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skill.
Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications.
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture
Additional Requirements:
Must be creative in ideation and engagement with adolescents and community people
Must be able to critically think, assess and analyze.
Ability to travel frequently outside of the city for official purposes.
Able to make strategic recommendations as a part of the evaluation process.
Ensure consistency in objectives and using success indicators to deliver timely and relevant reports.
