Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide detailed admission information for both the academic programs conducted by BRAC IED, throughout the year.
  • To arrange and organize semester-wise admission tests for the academic programs.
  • To ensure semester-wise students’ enrollment and further ensure that IDs are developed and shared in a timely manner.
  • To provide assistance while preparing and compiling administrative reports and ensure their timely production on behalf of BRAC IED.
  • To ensure timely and precise submission of ‘degree processing form’ ahead of convocation.
  • To carry out the timely processing of semester-wise faculty performance and course evaluations and ensure they are done accurately.
  • To oversee issues with the International and Scholarship Office/BRAC University at the time of admission and make regular correspondences.
  • To assist faculties in preparing semester-wise courses and grade sheets for academic programs.
  • To provide assistance in updating documents and maintaining regular connection with both Government and Non-Government offices on academic perspectives.
  • To assist in preparing various reports for UGC, BANBEIS, HEMIS, QS rating, or any publication from BRAC University and ensure that BRAC IED is accurately represented.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Competency in using Microsoft applications including: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
