Oversee the planning, execution, and timely delivery of research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collect qualitative and quantitative data
Create, pilot, and refine data collection tools to ensure reliability and validity
Develop data entry templates using platforms like Kobo Toolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, and/or TaroWorks
Train and supervise field research assistants, manage field activities, and ensure smooth implementation of research protocols
Analyze collected data using appropriate tools and methodologies, contributing to drafting research reports
Conducting literature reviews, preparing concept notes, and developing proposals
Addressing cultural sensitivities, team coordination, and dynamic field conditions during data collection
Resolving challenges with digital tools and ensuring data accuracy and security
Ensure Accuracy, reliability, and completeness of data collected and analyzed
Effectively design and deployment of data collection tools, along with efficient training and supervision of field teams
Upholding ethical standards while meeting diverse stakeholder expectations

Basic Requirements:
MSc in ECD/Psychology/Public Health/Sociology from any reputed University
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in research particularly in the field of Education, Psychology, Public Health, or Sociology.
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Report Writing and Data Analysis (Quantitative & Qualitative)
Ability to understand and speak in Chittagong dialect will be given preference
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
