Job Description

BRAC IED is looking for full time Deputy Manager, HR for its HR & Admin Department who will be responsible in engaging with staff development, ensuring compensation & rewards, implementing procedures and adopting best HR practices for staff which are ideal for the Institute.

Job Responsibilites

  • Manage and oversee staff recruitment as per the needs of the Programmes and Departments.
  • Ensuring of proper compensation and rewards policy as per the rules of the Institute.
  • Manage staff monthly salary and other disbursements to staff for timely payment.
  • Providing human resources staffing plan both in the Head Office & Field Office by coordinating with the Programme Leads to ensure proper number of human resource staff.
  • To monitor staff daily attendance and leave management issues from time to time. And help troubleshoot any attendance and leave related issues by staff.
  • Monitor and guide staff to ensure timely attendance, disciplinary issues and leave issues.
  • To maintain and prepare HR budget and Cost to Company (CTC) for Programmes and Departments ensuring smooth process in recruitment.
  • To handle/co-ordinate all types of employee disciplinary matters and staff relations matters.
  • To inform and manage query of staff on the employment benefits of the institute.
  • Guide and coach team members to achieve the HR targeted goals.
  • Ensuring updated staff database plan and staff personal file maintenance.
  • Coordinate and perform all the other HR functions which is significant to the institute.

Basic Requirements

  • Masters in Human Resource Management from a well reputed University.
  • At least 4 year(s) of experience in the field of Human Resources in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent IT knowledge on advance MS Excel, MS Word (English and Bangla), and MS PowerPoint.
  • Sound knowledge on best HR practices in today’s era.

  • Strong communication skills verbally and written, both in English and Bangla.
