As an architect and a children book illustrator, learning more about the perspective of children
was very much enlightening. The course helped me understand how children perceive space,
color etc. and how those affect learning domains.
This course will help you with the initial skills and
knowledge to co-create and create different types of indoor and outdoor play environments

This course provided me the insight to apply the early childhood theories into practice. It also helped me to understand the importance of play for the development of children. This course also provided the opportunity to know about the play Lab Model of BRAC IED, especially the humanitarian approach for the Rohingya children. I will definitely recommend this course to those who are in the teaching profession

The course “Co-designing Spaces and Material for Children” drew my attention at a time when I
had just become a mother. The design aspect of the course particularly interested me as an
Architect. In the current situation of our country, when finding land for play and recreational
activities is a difficult task, I enjoyed how the course focused on the possibility of generating
such activities in enclosed spaces. It also helped me understand children’s’ viewpoint on the kind
of activities and and spaces they enjoy.
