Prepare, edit, proofread, and develop content for various communication platforms, including social media, websites, emails, newsletters, and media publications.
Oversee the distribution and publication of promotional materials while adhering to organizational branding guidelines.
Assist in developing marketing strategies, revenue-generating activities, and creating marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, blogs, posters).
Craft engaging and targeted messaging for different platforms, ensuring consistency with the organization’s brand voice.
Plan and facilitate events, workshops, or sessions (e.g., press releases, documentation, reports, etc.) to disseminate brand guidelines and enhance internal branding and communication capacity.
Incorporate the organization’s branding guidelines into all communication materials and channels, ensuring alignment and quality.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through analytics, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to refine communication strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Manage social media platforms by scheduling content, engaging with the audience, tracking analytics, and staying updated with current trends.
Conduct industry research (e.g., in the development and educational sectors) to create relevant and effective communication materials.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or BBA in Business, Marketing, or Communications from a reputed university.
Minimum 2 years of prior experience working in the development sector, corporate sector, or advertising agency is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to adhere to organizational culture and establish and maintain strong working relationships both inside and outside the organization
