Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and develop content for various communication platforms, including social
    media, websites, emails, newsletters, and media publications.
  • Oversee the distribution and publication of promotional materials while adhering to organizational
    branding guidelines.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, revenue-generating activities, and creating marketing
    materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, blogs, posters).
  • Craft engaging and targeted messaging for different platforms, ensuring consistency with the
    organization’s brand voice.
  • Plan and facilitate events, workshops, or sessions (e.g., press releases, documentation, reports, etc.) to
    disseminate brand guidelines and enhance internal branding and communication capacity.
  • Incorporate the organization’s branding guidelines into all communication materials and channels,
    ensuring alignment and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through analytics, surveys, and feedback
    mechanisms.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to refine communication strategies and
    improve outreach efforts.
  • Manage social media platforms by scheduling content, engaging with the audience, tracking analytics,
    and staying updated with current trends.
  • Conduct industry research (e.g., in the development and educational sectors) to create relevant and
    effective communication materials.

Job Location: Dhaka

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or BBA in Business, Marketing, or Communications from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience working in the development sector, corporate sector, or
    advertising agency is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to adhere to organizational culture and
    establish and maintain strong working relationships both inside and outside the organization
