Leading all procurement activities and coordinating with partners and other departments so that the products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Providing all logistics related support as per the requirements of the institute’s ongoing program and projects.
Preparing Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Institute’s consultants and other vendors.
Preparing of necessary travel documentations by communicating with departments and program, and ensure bills are processed in a timely manner.
Preparing and preserving of HR and Admin documentations in regards to processes and policies of the Institute.
Ensure constant and rigorous follow-up by communicating with varied stakeholders, and accomplish the assigned tasks.
Conducting interviews for field staff members.
Executing of all administrative functions assigned by supervisor.
Organizing of all official international travels and process documents. (i.e.: managing air tickets, booking hotels, ensuring transportation)
Working with relevant departments and programs to make sure transportation is available when needed.
Requirements:
Masters and/or Bachelor degree in Business from a reputed University.
Minimum 1-year prior experience of working in the field of Administration, in development organization. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge, skills and competencies:
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bangla.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
