BRAC IED is looking for full time Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounts for its Finance and Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilites
Maintaining active communications with BRAC University Accounts Department for student related works;
Data and Financial Analysis with budget;
Preparing books of accounts;
Preparation and processing the voucher with proper accuracy, Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy;
Tracking organization expenses – Assist to prepare monthly accounts;
Collect and monitoring the HO Current account reconciliation and sent copy to respective field office;
To provide bill voucher to the internal & external auditors, given requisition and collection from BRAC Finance & Accounts and return to the respective official after completion of work. Assist to provide donor financial statement (quarterly, half yearly. Yearly) and need basis;
Assist to BRAC IED admin department for preparing of local and foreign bill;
Provide all project related budget code;
Communication and need basis Physical meeting with BRAC Finance & Accounts, BRAC University and Field Office also;
Fixed Assets Register maintaining;
Assist to preparation of draft NGOAB FD4 report/FD6/FD7 preparation;
Basic Requirements
Chartered Accountancy part qualified or courses completed.
Bachelor or Masters in Finance / Accounting from a well reputed University.
At least 3 year(s) of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts in NGO or Academic Institutions.
Need to have strong knowledge on VAT Act, 2012 and The Income Tax Ordinance (ITO), 1984.

Willingness to travel extensively within the project locations up to 30% of the working days
