Visit camps and collect quarterly monitoring data digitally and maintain hard-copies (if needed) through interviews with parents’ facilitators and community members as well as through day-to-day observation of the program (e.g., Parenting session) according to plan.
Enter data, clean data and organize and sort data/information through SPSS, Microsoft Excel.
Communicate with the Program people for programmatic updates of each quarter
Develop case studies through FGD and In-depth interviews with facilitators, parents and community members.
Attend meetings, workshops and sharing meetings to share experiences and learning
Share monitoring findings with the monitoring and program team
Regular communication with the field staff for day-to-day operations. Collection and quarterly report produce through monitoring of the project.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors in Education/Economics/Development Studies/Statistics/Social Science or Humanities
Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring and data collection
Experience of working in humanitarian settings
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outloo
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Familiarity with technology-based data collection techniques
