Make work plans and arrange weekly meetings with the facilitators for providing technical guidance regarding sessions and ensuring work progress from time to time
Arrange and conduct training and refresher from time to time
Follow-up the activities of facilitators and provide essential support
Selecting pockets to conduct group sessions for parents
Arrange various meetings and workshops with the beneficiaries and facilitate them
Maintain regular contact with the community people
Maintain regular contact with other GOs and NGOs and coordinate all tasks
Take necessary initiative for expediting the honorarium of facilitators
Make reports, transmit and preserving them

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from any educational background
Minimum one year experience of working in field as Programme Organizer or Community Organizer
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outloo
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Perform administrative functions as and when required
