Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize monthly meetings, trainings, and refreshers through effective planning, collect feedback, and implement and share it through the proper channel.
  • Ensure the project is delivered according to plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of program implementation and provide technical support.
  • Provide technical and logistical support to field teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure proper financial documentation and reporting to the organizational requirements.
  • Provided active assistance in any setup, survey, and completion of necessary environment setup.
  • Supervising field staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, community leaders, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders for the smooth operation of the project.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with local partners, stakeholders, RRRC, and authorities.
  • Prepare and submit timely progress reports to the designated person, including success stories, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Analyzing the continuous assessment of the UNICEF program and always strive to maintain overall quality standards.
  • Practicing, promoting and advocating safeguarding policies among field staff and ensuring implementation of safeguarding principles at every step.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including security, operational, and financial risks in the field.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Programme Team

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors and or Masters degree from any educational background
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field management at camp or host.
  • Excellent management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, cultures

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be creative in ideation and engagement with adolescents and community people.
  • Must be able to think critically, assess, and analyze.
  • Ability to travel frequently outside of the city for official purposes.
  • Able to make strategic recommendations as a part of the evaluation process.
  • Ensure objective consistency and use success indicators to deliver timely and relevant reports.
