Develop schedules and plans while collaborating with managers, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Take necessary steps for recruiting volunteers, support them in their work, and follow up on their activities.
Organize and conduct training and refresher sessions for facilitators and volunteers, collect feedback, implement it, and share it with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials.
Ensure sessions are conducted by facilitators, follow up on sessions, collect feedback, provide advice, and share it appropriately.
Take necessary actions to solve any issues in the program and inform the appropriate authorities.
Provide supportive supervision to assess the program’s effectiveness, analyze its outcomes, and work to maintain its overall quality
Ensure the implementation, practice, and support of child safeguarding policies at every step of the project.
Prepare all kinds of reports, send them to the appropriate authorities on time, and keep proper records of the reports.
Confirm the survey on different issues through the meeting and workshop with when needed
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree from any educational background
Minimum 1 year of field experience of working as Programme Organizer or Community Organizer
Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications.
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Must be fluent in Chittagonian local dialect
Additional Requirements:
Experience in relevant field will be given preference
Have practical knowledge on monitoring, investigation, and report writing
Solution-driven, smart, approachable, and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
