Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assist in implementing audio-visual materials for respective projects. (Content generation, video creation, photographs).
  • Have a strong technical knowledge of camera equipment and lighting.
  • Assist in creation and generation of audio-visual materials for advocacy events.
  • Taking photographs, edit and retouch for different events.
  • Assist in maintaining the audio-visual management system of the institute.
  • Responsible for creating the look, color, lighting, and for framing of a given project.
  • Delivering projects on time for submission and presentation.
  • Ensuring quality of materials according to the standards of the organization.
  • Submitting photographs and video-clips in a timely basis.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors in any discipline from a reputed University, having discipline from Film and Television production will be given preference.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience on Photography and Cinematography.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in working on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Light room, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of team.
  • Basic communication skill in Chittagong dialect is preferable
