Learning to Lead is a four-day course designed to engage participants in critical analysis of fundamental leadership, planning, and management theories and concepts. This course covers leadership concepts and styles, emotional intelligence, design thinking, effective communication, mentorship and feedback, decision making, and conflict resolution to provide participants with the information, skills, and competencies required to become effective leaders. It is designed for individuals as well as professionals who want to improve their leadership skills, such as managers, supervisors, team leaders, and aspiring leaders. The course will provide participants the confidence and skills to lead with purpose and impact.
