The course provides a thorough introduction to Project Management and Evaluation. Projects are designed to reach certain goals and beneficiaries. Some projects might appear potentially promising before implementation yet fail to generate expected impacts or benefits. A good project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation system helps policymakers, donors, and partner organizations to decide whether programs are generating intended effects. The course will enable learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to understand what works, what does not, and how measured changes in public well-being are attributable to a particular intervention.
